  • Location: Mill Street storefronts in Bristol Borough. Each artist will be assigned a participating storefront.

  • Theme: Holiday season (volunteers encouraged to create festive, family-friendly designs)

Why Participate?

  • Visibility: Your artwork will be displayed on store windows throughout the town, gaining exposure to both locals and visitors.

  • Support Local Business: This event draws foot traffic and supports Bristol Borough businesses.

  • Community Involvement: Your participation will help spread holiday cheer and enhance the festive ambiance in our town.

Rules and Regulations:

  1. Window assignment: We will assign each volunteer a window on November 18th. Once the artist is assigned their window, the artist must contact the store owner to discuss any rules or regulations the store owner may have.

  2. Artwork Theme: Designs should be holiday-themed, family-friendly, and vibrant, appealing to all ages.

  3. Materials: Volunteers are responsible for bringing a tarp, water, and water bowls to clean brushes, brushes, tape, paper towels, and/or towels, as well as a pallet for mixing. If volunteers bring extra paint colors, it MUST be artist tempera paint (Chromatemp is a good brand), as it wipes the window easily with water. DO NOT bring acrylic paint, as it needs to be scraped off, and we aim to make clean-up as easy as possible.

  4. Setup and Cleanup: Each volunteer is responsible for setting up their area, painting the assigned window, and thoroughly cleaning up afterward. Ensure any paint splatters on nearby surfaces are cleaned.

  5. Artwork Removal: Designs will remain up until January 7th. The store owners will be responsible for removing the artwork.

Please let us know if you’re interested in participating by filling out this form through our Google Form. We’re excited to work with you to make Bristol Borough even more beautiful this holiday season!
