How much is an adult painting party?
Adult painting parties are $360 for up to 8 painters and $40 for each additional painter. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party.
How many people can attend?
In-studio parties have a minimum of 8 painters and a maximum of 20. Off-site parties have a minimum of 8 painters and a maximum of 50. Larger off-site groups may be accommodated by special request.
How long is the party?
You'll have the studio for 2½ hours total, including 15 minutes before the party for setup, a 2-hour painting party, and 15 minutes afterward for cleanup.
What's included?
We provide the paint, brushes, aprons, stenciling, and a 12" × 16" wrapped canvas, along with private studio time for in-studio parties. We provide the supplies needed for your painting project unless otherwise stated.
Can we choose our painting?
Yes. You can select a painting from our gallery or talk with us about a custom theme for your party.
What ages can attend?
Adult painting parties are for ages 16 and up.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Yes. You're welcome to bring your own food, beverages, and paper goods for an in-studio party. Food and drinks must remain inside the studio.
Do you offer off-site painting parties?
Yes. We can bring the painting experience to you. There is a $50 travel fee for off-site parties within 15 miles of our Bristol, PA home base. For locations 16 miles or more away, an additional $1 per mile applies.
When do I need to confirm my final headcount?
Your final number of painters must be confirmed at least 4 days before your event so we can prepare the appropriate supplies and materials. Additional attendees are charged per person. If fewer people attend than the confirmed number, there is a $5 charge for each missing participant because their supplies have already been prepared.
Can I change my party date or time?
You may change your party date and/or time once, provided the change is made at least 14 days before the party.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The $75 deposit is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future event. The deposit reserves your date and covers preparation that begins before your party, including planning, supply ordering, communication, and stenciling. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
