Inclusive Community

Our curriculum introduces young minds to professional concepts in composition and form, building a toolkit for visual expression.

We avoid cookie-cutter results, championing the specific choices and instinctual talents that make every child an original.

Through constructive guidance, students see their progress and internalize the value of their own ideas and hard work.

Located in the heart of Bristol, our space is an open workshop where curiosity is the only requirement for entry.

Notes from Our Families

“

My son has been enrolled in the comic book drawing class for well over a year now. We keep re-registering for the next sessions because he has so much fun with Mr. Opal and the other students. He likes it, compared to other art classes, because he gets to draw the characters he wants to design while getting prompts from Mr. Opal on what technique or style they'll work on that day with their characters, i.e., differing perspective, side vs. front view, two characters in a scene, etc. My son refers to it as Art Club because it just has that convivial feel to it.
