THE PAINTING PARTY

  • Cost per person is $35.00 a person. All supplies, aprons, instructor, and two-hour private studio time are included

  • $72.00 non-refundable deposit required. 

  • Age: 16 and up.

  • $50 travel fee for events outside of the studio. 

  • Minimum & Maximum: Events in the studio: 10 people minimum, 20 people maximum. Events outside of the studio: 12 people minimum, 50 people maximum. We may accommodate more than 50 people upon special requests. If the minimum requirement of painters is not met on the day of the event, the host is responsible for each person's cost under the minimum. For example, if the minimum is 20 and 17 attendees show, 20-17 = 3. The host is responsible for the cost of the three missing attendees.

  • Painting Theme: You can pick a painting from our gallery that we will e-mail you or suggest a custom theme. We provide all supplies needed for your art project unless otherwise stated.

 


THE CANDLE PARTY

  • Cost: per person is $40.00 a person. All supplies, aprons, instructor, and two-hour private studio time are included.

  • $80.00 non-refundable deposit required. 

  • Age: 16 and up

  • In-studio only.

  • Minimum & Maximum: Events in the studio: 8 people minimum, 12 people maximum. If the minimum requirement of painters is not met on the day of the event, the host is responsible for each person's cost under the minimum. For example, if the minimum is 20 and 17 attendees show, 20-17 = 3. The host is responsible for the cost of the three missing attendees.

  • Two-hour private studio time. 

  • The candles must stay at the studio overnight to solidify. We can arrange pick-ups during the party.  

  • Candle-making supplies, including soy wax, 8 oz candle tins, cotton wicks, + fragrance oils



THE ACRYLIC POUR PARTY

  • Cost: per person is $42.00 a person. All supplies, aprons, instructor, and two-hour private studio time are included. There will be extra canvases available to purchase at $25.00 each. 

  • $82.00 non-refundable deposit is required. 

  • Age: 15 and up

  • In-studio only.

  • Minimum & Maximum: Events in the studio: 8 people minimum, 12 people maximum. If the minimum requirement of painters is not met on the day of the event, the host is responsible for each person's cost under the minimum. For example, if the minimum is 20 and 17 attendees show, 20-17 = 3. The host is responsible for the cost of the three missing attendees.

  • The painting must stay at the studio overnight to solidify. We can arrange pick-ups during the party.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

  • The deposit is due upon receipt. Deposits will secure your time and date. No party is considered "booked" until the deposit is received and accepted. Please be prompt with payment.

  • You will be sent a link to pay the deposit with a credit card, or you can mail a check to the studio. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. 

  • Balance is due the night of your party, less the deposit (cash or check).

  • The host is responsible for collecting money from guests and handing it to the instructor.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

  • The host is responsible for any extra snacks.

  • Beverages are bring your own 21 and up for alcohol. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY.

 

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • The host may modify the date or time of your event once, 14 days, or more before your party. 

  • Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance, or all credit from the deposit is lost.

 

GRATUITY

  • Many customers want to give our staff something and ask for guidelines. The team always appreciates a tip of 10% to 20% for a job well done.  

 

PARTY TIME

  • Your total event time will be 2 hours. There will be a $50.00 fee for each hour over the allotted party time. 

  • Tell your guests to arrive 15 minutes early as creating starts sharply at the designated time. 

  • We will arrive an hour to 45 minutes early to set up for events outside of the studio.

 

EXTRAS

  • Guests are not allowed to help themselves to supplies off the shelf. Guests must ask for assistance from the teacher or instructor, and our staff will gladly help. 

  • You may bring tablecloths and balloons for decorations only—no confetti or anything similar.

  • The Party area is in the studio only, not in the foyer. No food or drink is allowed outside of the studio.

  • The guest needs to bring ice if required.

  • Please dress in painting attire. We are not responsible for stained clothing or paint on belongings during parties at our studio or in your home or venue.

  • On-location parties: we ask you to provide tables and chairs, tablecloths, and access to a sink for painting and clean up; this will help us leave your space as we found it.

  • The host is responsible for making guests aware of our policies.
