Toddler Party

• Price: $315.00 for ten participants. $17.00 each over ten.  

• Time: 2.5 hours total. Thirty minutes for set-up, one and a half hours party time, and thirty minutes clean up. $25.00 for every thirty minutes over the allotted time. Tell your guests to arrive 15 minutes early as the project starts sharply at the designated time.

• Includes paint, brushes, aprons, supplies to create the project, a gift certificate for the birthday child, and photo booth props

Additional Information For All Parties

What to know

• Professional Guidance: Our skilled artists are on hand to provide step-by-step instructions, ensuring everyone feels supported and can express their creativity confidently.

• All Necessary Supplies: From paints, canvases, and brushes to dye, shirts, and protective gear, we provide everything needed for a hassle-free and enjoyable artistic experience.

• Customization Options: Themes, colors, and activities can be tailored to suit specific preferences, ensuring each party is unique and memorable.

• Deposit: A $50.00 deposit is required to secure your time and date. Your party is not booked until the deposit is received and accepted. You will be sent a link to pay the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and can only be used as credit for future private events with Penelope Fox Art Studio. Credit expires three months after the party date. The balance, less the deposit, is due in cash or check on the day of your party.

• Date Changes & Cancellations: The host may change the date and or time once, 14 days or more before your party. Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance, or all credit from the deposit is lost.

• Gratuity: We do not require gratuity. However, many customers want to give our staff something and ask for guidelines. Therefore, the team always appreciates a 15% to 20% tip for a well-done job.

• Minimum and Maximum: Each package has a minimum and maximum number of attendees. If the minimum number of attendees is not met, the host will still be responsible for paying for the missing guests. For example, if the minimum number of attendees for your party is ten but only eight people show up, the host will still be responsible for paying for the two missing attendees.

• Stenciling: Please note that we stencil canvases for your party, and if some attendees do not show up, you will still be responsible for purchasing the stenciled canvases at a rate of $5.00 each. To clarify, if we stencil 12 canvases but only 8 attendees show up, you will still be charged for the minimum number of painters, plus the two canvases at $5.00 each.
